I successfully logon in the past but today my user name and password will not let me in.
User names passwords are good for 120 days, after which they must be re-authorized. Please send an email the to mailto:collaborative@ozarch.com and request re-authorization.

NO. Each user is required to register for site access. Usernames and passwords are to be kept strictly confidential.
I filled out the registration form and hit the submit button, but my submission was not successful and an email window or an error message appears.
This collaborative website is not compatible with Mozilla Firefox. Try registering again using Internet Explorer or Netscape

NO. At present there is no fee charged for site access.

IE Security Settings
There is a security setting in IE .. Tools -> Internet Options -> Security
(tap) select the Custom Level button and scroll to the bottom, reset the User
Authentication to Prompt for user name and password.
Downloading Zip and word files works but when I try to download a Drawing (dwg) the process never prompts to save the file, only a browser window opens.
This is a MIME issue. To resolve you must remove the file type association for .DWG.
This will not affect anything on your computer.
When I click on a file to dowload, the screen flashes and the same window appears and I cannot dowload the file
This is a a "pop up blocker" feature and actually another window appears with a new link in the upper right hand corner of the page prompting the user to "click here". This allows users with pop up blockers to dowload and save the files.
